Westminster, MA is a town in Worcester County, MA. Westminster is part of the Ashburnham-Westminster Regional School District and is home to Oakmont Regional High School, a traditional public high school, and Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, a vocational/technical high school. Westminster, MA is in close proximity to Wachusett Mountain (state forest and ski area) and Leominster State Forest.

The homebase for Wachusett beer, this beautiful brewery and yard provides a variety of domestic beers and seltzers as well as sodas and a food menu. There is a gift shop to purchase the famous Wachusett beer in cans or bottles or to buy Wachusett merch like sweatshirts, shirts, magnets, and more. On many nights, Wachusett Brew Yard holds live entertainment and trivia nights to make the experience even more entertaining. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, dogs are allowed outdoors.

Whether you visit in the snow, the summer heat, or anywhere in-between, Wachusett Mountain offers activities and events for anyone of all ages, year around! The mountain is a ski resort during the winter months, offering ski/snowboard lessons and trails varying in difficulty. The resort building allows for guests to eat and drink between runs or for non-skiing friends to relax and aprés! When the thousands of guests aren’t on the slopes, the mountain boasts an action-packed calendar of hosted events fit for adults, kids, apple lovers, Halloween lovers, vendors, and much more!

Westminster is home to New England’s favorite soup crackers–Westminster Oyster Crackers! Every year on the third Saturday of October, the Village Center holds the annual Cracker Festival complete with a 5k road race, vendors, local Wachusett spirits, live entertainment, and plenty of Westminster crackers!

Crocker Pond is a community treasure that is exclusive to Westminster residents. Open in the summer, the space provides hiking, swimming, and biking resources to guests. The pond also provides a space for family recreational equipment like canoes and kayaks to be stored and then used in the watercraft area. Visitors must obtain a parking permit and a special permit for guests if desired. View pond rules here.

Bella Donna is a local consignment shop offering both men’s and women’s clothing for prices much lower than originally paid for! The owner, Donna is very friendly and loves to establish personal relationships with customers that keep them coming back to see what new styles Donna has to offer.

Bella Donna Consignment also loves to rep local small businesses and offers their products in store as well as holds occasional events such as a prom dress expo or small business fair. The shop is located right down the street from the Wachusett Brew Yard.
