Trout Brook Recreation Area

Sprawling 660-acre conservation land in Holden, the Trout Brook Recreation Area offers more than 16 miles of trails for visitors to hike, cross-country ski, mountain-bike, snowshoe and more. Visitors can make their way to the south end where there is a little pond with picnic areas, an open field, and a lodge that can be rented daily for public or private use.

Stewart's Chocolate

Opened in 2014, Stewart’s Chocolates, located on the boarder of Holden and Jefferson, offers a wide selection of dainty bonbons that are made with premium ingredients– butter, cream, and a blend of the world’s finest chocolate. These European-styled gourmet chocolates are hand-crafted and decorated that burst with flavor, creating a perfect “Petite Pleasure”. Customers will find a variety of flavors, including vanilla lavender, orange ginger, strawberry balsamic, cherry amaretto, and tiramisu.

The Bagel Inn

Located right on Main Street in Holden, The Bagel Inn is a local business operating for more than 25 years, and recently named one of the best ten bagel shops in Massachusetts. Holden Hills Country Club
