One can purchase a cider flight or pint from the Cider Barn or pick one of the many jams, jellies, honey, or retail items that the company produces from their 100 acres of orchard. Carlson grows nectarines, blueberries, apples, peached, raspberries, and sweet cherries, and allows a pick-your-own option for various sections of the orchards.
