Ashby

Ashby is my hometown and part of Middlesex County, MA.  Ashby borders Townsend, Lunenburg, Fitchburg and Ashburnham, MA as well as New Ipswich and Mason, New Hampshire.

Watatic Mountain is a familiar spot for hikers throughout the year and has trails leading to New Hampshire or connecting to Mt. Wachusett in Princeton/Westminster.

Willard Brook State Forest

Willard Brook State Forest boasts 2,597 acres of land in both Ashby and Townsend complete with campground areas and the ability to swim, hike, bike, or walk. The area offers regular campsites for reservation as well as yurts for larger groups of up to 10 people. Massachusetts residents will be asked to pay $14 whereas non-Mass residents will have to pay $40.

Ashby Public Library

The Ashby Public Library is beyond just books; they’re a hotspot for many local events that suit nearly every interest. The Library offers art programs like photography, craft, and painting classes as well as clubs for cooking, books, and children. They also hold community festivals and interactive meetings with authors. You can check out the library’s website regularly for updates on the various programs they have to offer.

Let’s work together to make the home buying or selling process easier and more rewarding than ever.
